BRIXTON HOUR

The set for Brixton Brewery's nomadic live event series, Brixton Hour, needed to be portable, scalable, and reusable across multiple activations. Beyond this, the installation needed longevity for future Brixton events, so the graphics had to work for both the specific Brixton Hour identity and the core Brixton brand, requiring minimal changes between uses.
Working with production company Creation, we designed a modular installation that met these practical requirements. I art directed the event identity to sit within the Brixton brand world while establishing its own distinctive character. Leading the design team, we developed a visual system anchored by a circular motif inspired by the imprint of a clock face tracking an hour. We applied Brixton's darker colour palette to create atmospheric image treatments and used lightning bolt crops to add energy and edge—resulting in a dynamic, gig-night aesthetic.
